Apple is going announced the most anticipated product, the next generation iPhone, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The iPhone will most probably be ‘7’ or the ‘7 Plus’ due to the coincidence of the date being the 7th.
It is speculated that Apple will make significant changes to the iPhone. Some of the rumoured changes are:
- Removable of headphone jack, although some packaging leaks suggests Apple may still keep them.
- A current space grey will be named ‘Space Black’ and an introduction to a new colour, ‘Piano Black’ which is supposing to be glossy.
- The lowest tier of storage will be 32GB, instead of the 16GB since the previous iPhone devices. Followed by 128GB, taking the current 64GB’s place and the highest tier to be 256GB.
The keynote will start 10am Pacific Time in San Francisco, which is 1am Singapore Time. Apple will be live streaming the event, so stay tuned!
