Apple will open its pre-orders on the 9th September at 0000 PDT, at midnight in the Pacific time zone, which is at 1501hrs in Singapore.

Based on past launches, pre-orders will be quickly filled up within the first few minutes when it is open.

According to previous launches, ordering through the Apple Store app will have a higher chance for securing an iPhone 7 and/or iPhone 7 Plus. This is also due to usually Apple will ‘commence’ pre-orders via the App first before the Online Store is ready.

For Apple Fans and Apple users, the telcos will launch register of interest (ROI) sooner to the launch date and they can register their interest so as  the telcos can send a ‘private’ link and registered IDs can reserve booking slots later. However, by registering of interest doesn’t deem to secure a unit, but a later web booking will be announced on its details of securing the unit(s) successfully.

UPDATE (8th Sep): Singtel , M1 and StarHub has opened Register of Interest for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
